Relaxed Mood Turns Intense: Drug Smuggler Arrested While Watching ‘Pushpa 2’!
In a dramatic turn of events, a wanted criminal involved in murder and drug smuggling cases was arrested by police late at night in a multiplex in Nagpur, Maharashtra, while watching the blockbuster movie Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna.
The arrest of Vishal Meshram, who had been on the run for ten months, stunned moviegoers. The police, acting on a tip-off that Meshram was eager to watch the recently released Pushpa 2, successfully apprehended him in the packed theater. Authorities assured the audience that they could resume watching the movie after the operation.
Meshram is wanted in connection with two murder cases and 27 other offenses, including drug trafficking. Known for his violent tendencies, he had previously attacked police officers. Officials from Pachpaoli police station revealed that they had been monitoring his movements through cyber surveillance and an SUV.
During the climax of the movie, police entered the theater, catching Meshram completely engrossed in the film. Without giving him a chance to resist, they surrounded and arrested him. Currently, Meshram is being held at Nagpur Central Jail and will soon be transferred to Nashik Jail.
Released on December 5 across India in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, and Malayalam, Pushpa 2 continues its successful run, breaking records and captivating audiences.
