Due to personal safety concerns, foreign travel commitments, and other challenges, many have failed to appear before the commission, according to NCW officials.

India’s Got Talent Show

New Delhi: Youtubers associated with the reality show India’s Got Talent have failed to appear before the National Commission for Women (NCW) in connection with objectionable comments about parents and sexuality. They have now been summoned again.

Ranveer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, Apoorv Mukhiya, Jaspreet Singh, Ashish Chanchlani, Tushar Poojari, Saurabh Batra, and Balraj Ghai were summoned to appear before the NCW on February 17 at 12 PM.

Due to concerns over personal safety, prior travel commitments, and other logistical challenges, many have failed to appear before the commission, NCW officials stated.

Referring to death threats, Ranveer Allahbadia requested the inquiry be postponed for three weeks. Consequently, the commission has rescheduled his hearing to March 6. The inquiry for Mukhiya, who expressed safety concerns, has also been rescheduled for March 6.

Samay Raina is currently in the USA and has stated that he will appear before the NCW once he returns. His hearing has been scheduled for March 11. Jaspreet Singh is also currently traveling in Paris and will return by March 10. His hearing is scheduled for March 11.

Due to health reasons, Chanchlani’s lawyer appeared on his behalf. He too has been summoned to appear before the commission on March 6.

Meanwhile, the commission has reprimanded Tushar Poojari and Saurabh Batra, who did not respond to the summons. They have been instructed to appear before the NCW on March 6. Balraj Ghai, who is currently abroad, has been asked to appear after returning on March 11.
