Educational qualification:

1)Technical(grade 3)posts

       Class 10th ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT in related trade/branch.

2)Technician(grade 1)signal posts

              Bachelor of science in physics electronics computer science/Information Technology/instrumentation from a recognized university/ institute or BSC in a combination of any sub-stream of basic streams of physics/electronics/computer science/information technology/instrumentation from a recognised university/institute.

                                               or

   Three years diploma in engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of above basic streams.

                                               or

  Degree  in engineering in the above basic streams or in combination of any of above basic streams.

   3)Technician Grade 3(workshop)- 5,154 posts

Matriculation /SSLC plus ITI

   
Age limit:-

General -18years

Maximum age;33years for technical grade 3
Maximum age;36years for technician grade 1.  signal

Note: – Technician(Grade 3)40years age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
